Highly doubtful. Both the dev team (Neocore) and the publisher (Paradox) have basically abandoned this game entirely. The game itself is, for me, in a perfectly playable state, so I'm not too bothered by it. But these forums, as well as Neocore's page and Paradox's forums have been completely silent for almost three years about this entire series.
