I fully agree, though this is only my first Acer (but also my first laptop). The disadvantage of Acer is, if you have trouble with it, the support is little slow. Happily enough though, I haven't got any issues (yet?). The case of the laptops of Acer also a bit more fragile than with other laptops, to make sure it is possible to make it cheaper. But that's just a little disadvantage
